Graphic Workshop Professional 12 has been
updated.
In this release:
JPEG Security:
Graphic Workshop's Turbo JPEG and IJG JPEG libraries
have been updated to the latest releases to address some
security and image quality issues.
We'd like to urge all users of Graphic Workshop to
update to this release as quickly as possible.
Keeping Graphic Workshop's JPEG readers up to date and
secure being a substantial bulwark against the barbarian
hoards, you can now check the TurboJPEG library's
version in the Graphic Workshop Help → About → Credits
window, right at the bottom of the scroll list. The
current one is 2.1.3.
- Move and
Copy: The Graphic Workshop Move and Copy window
has been updated to display a preview image — the
graphic you right-clicked on or the first selected
picture in a batch — and the number of selected
documents for batch processes to confirm that you're
actually moving or copying what you think you are.
- Caption: The
Graphic Workshop Caption windows have been updated to
address a number of user-interface issues.
- Animation
Workshop UltraLight: The Animation UltraLight
application has been updated to nail a bug that
prevented it from correctly respecting animation frames
in the Animation object Preview window... under some
configurations of Windows.
- Camera:
The Graphic Workshop Camera screen capture's Caption
window has been updated to stomp a few bugs into digital
oblivion.
- e-Paint
UltraLight: The Grid window in e-Paint UltraLight
has been updated to display a preview that illustrates
the current grid parameters.
- Graphic
Workshop Screen Saver: Addresses some cosmetic
issues in the Graphic Workshop Screen Saver
configuration window.

e-Paint 12 Revision 3

e-Paint 12 has been updated.
In this release:

The Grid window now includes an actual-size example of
your current grid setting, so you can see what it will
really look like.
- Font Sample
Size: The size of the example typeface names in
the name combo for the Text tool can be configured in
e-Paint's Setup window.
- Performance:Addresses
a number of GDI and performance issues that software
developers never really stop meddling with.
- Documentation:
Updates the documentation.

Screen Saver
Construction Set 12 Revision 2
|

Screen Saver Construction Set 12 has been
updated.
In this release:
- ANIMAL:
The ANIMAL language applet interface has been updated to
allow sounds initiated from or notified by an applet to
persist after the applet terminates. See the discussion
of the Preserve Sound option in the Applet object
Properties window.
WebP:
Screen Saver Construction Set's WebP library has been
updated to the latest release to address several
potential security and image quality issues.
We urge all users of Screen Saver Construction Set to
update to this release as quickly as possible.
- Theme:
The Carbon Compact Theme has been updated to address
some cosmetic issues it inflicted on a number of the
user interface elements of Screen Saver Construction
Set.
- Runtime:
The Screen Saver Construction Set document runtime has
been updated to address a number of performance issues.
- New File:
The default new file name logic has been updated — under
some configurations of Windows, it was disposed to being
an .EXE document, rather than .SCR, something of a
holdover from when Screen Saver Construction Set forked
from its parent, Presentation Wizard.
Click on the blue button to download Screen Saver
Construction Set 12.
