Graphic Workshop Professional 12 Revision 8

Graphic Workshop Professional 12 has been updated.

In this release:

• WebP: Graphic Workshop's WebP library has been updated to the latest release to address several potential security and image quality issues.
  
  The updated WebP library also applies to Graphic Workshop's ancillary applications.
  
  WebP has become the de facto replacement for the aging JPEG document format in some quarters — we urge all users of Graphic Workshop to update to this release as quickly as possible.
  
  
• Prompt to Overwrite: The file overwrite prompt window has been updated with an option to apply your selected options to all the file conflicts in the rest of a batch.
  
  
• e-Paint UltraLight: The e-Paint UltraLight irregular selection tool — or the Lasso tool in some longitudes — exhibited a behavior inconsistency under some configurations of Windows that caused it to select the entire image after a filter had been applied. This has been fixed.
  
  
• Presentation Wizard UltraLight:. Presentation Wizard UltraLight's Text objects now have access to a larger palette of standard Windows fonts. See the discussion of Presentation Wizard's use of fonts in the Graphic Workshop's Accessories section of the manual for more about them.
  
  
• Icon Editor: Several cosmetic and user-interface issues have been addressed in Graphic Workshop's icon editor.

PNG MNG Construction Set 12 Revision 3

PNG MNG Construction Set 12 has been updated.

In this release:

• Web Gallery: Web Gallery can now generate pages with your choice of links for its clickable thumbnails, and with custom buttons for some or all of its items, to link to other content. See the discussions of Links and Buttons respectively in the Web Gallery section of PNG MNG Construction Set's Reference document.
  
  Among other things, you can now use Web Gallery to create product catalogs with convenient links to buy whatever's listed therein.
  
  
• WebP: PNG MNG Construction Set's WebP library has been updated to the latest release to address several potential security and image quality issues.
  
  WebP has become the de facto replacement for the aging JPEG document format in some quarters — we urge all users of PNG MNG Construction Set to update to this release as quickly as possible.
  
  
• MNG: Addresses an issue with the MNG chunk editor that could crash it under some configurations of Windows.
  
  
• Performance:Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software developers never really stop meddling with.
       
  
• Documentation: Updates the documentation.
